There can be many sides to the issues. Engaging in intelligent discourse demands being informed. Objectivity demands seeing all sides of the beach ball. VT wants its readers to be educated, informed, and fully aware. In this light, we offer our readers a counterpoint to this important issue. Now let’s get into it…
FACTS
1. Did JOE BIDEN and DEMOCRATS really just indict TRUMP?
Let’s NOT be naive. Politics is a dangerous rough game for power and control of resources. Dems will do anything to win the game. And the same with the GOP. None of these two parties is morally superior to the other. This is big business! So let’s get that straight.
But Trump was indicted by a Grand Jury NOT Jack Smith or Joe Biden or even Hunter Biden. So No! That’s NOT true.
A grand jury is a jury—a group of citizens—empowered by law to conduct legal proceedings, investigate potential criminal conduct, and determine whether criminal charges should be brought. A grand jury may subpoena physical evidence or a person to testify. A grand jury is separate from the courts, which do not preside over its functioning.
To say that it was Joe Biden’s Democratic Party who indicted Trump is beyond silly. It speaks to either profound ignorance of how the American justice system is structured OR a strategic lie to get ignorant public opinion riled up using a targeted deflective gambit. And given Trump’s affinity for negotiating techniques, well, let’s just say the Vegas odds are the latter.
2. “They Are Violating My Free Speech” Defense
In the indictment, specifically on Page 2, Jack Smith acknowledges that TRUMP’s lies in the media, while grotesque, are NOT against the law. He cites his actions as criminal, not his words.
He is being charged with his actions over 2 months from November 2019 to January 2020.
So when you hear TRUMP say “They are violating my free speech” and watch as his media and pundits rinse and repeat it over and over again, that’s for public propagandized consumption and NOT law in the courts. It has ZERO to do with the indictment and facts. It’s for his base to get falsely riled up about even more bullshit from him.
Trump knows how to play the Goebbels/Hitler Propaganda Game. He is the master puppeteer and he loves it. That’s his obvious game plan! And, so far, it’s working. His extremist media is selling it and the peanut gallery is all in on the BS.
As an independent, I don’t have to defend either party or any person. I don’t give a shit what they say… I just call balls and strikes and let the games go on because that’s what humans do. Grotesque? Yes, but we are grotesque…..we kill each other for power and resources. This is the fact no matter how we pretend.
But alas, this is a federal court and if this trial is held before the 2024 election as it should be, then based on the facts and Jack Smith’s 100% conviction rate over 100 trials by jury, it’s virtually 100% cinch domino that Trump goes to jail as a felon. And it’s game over! Trump Jesus becomes a false Messiah and MAGA is over!
3. The Real Trump Game Plan Is…..
First, let’s stop lying for a second. We all saw it on TV. Everyone knows he’s guilty. Hell, he knows he’s guilty. So let’s stop pretending. So much easier…now let’s talk…
The real truth is MAGA does NOT care about truth or integrity. If they did, they would have voted for Mahatma Gandhi, NOT Trump Gotti.
Nah, the real play for King Trump is to run out the clock. Get to vote day with all 4 cases tied up in knots over BS filings of delay non-sense. That means his phony narrative will win the day and people will foolishly believe him again

Actually, I have him losing by 20,000,000 votes in 2024; all based on demographics and the fact that he’s only winning with his base and NOT GAINING any independent voters. Nope! He’s toast in a general election; if he even makes it that far.
5. Two Different Games Being Played! Which one will win the day?
We have the FACTS in the case that will play out in a court of law where lying has consequences. Perjury is a thing in court. There are big consequences. The judge will stick to the facts and Trump loses on the facts. Period!
And then we have the lovely media game where there are NO consequences. Most everything is propagandized bullshit designed to brainwash for power and control. This is TrumpLandia!
Jack Smith is playing the game in a court of law where truth matters and Trump is playing the game on the public streets where the biggest lies matter and have the most influence; two different games.
6. So which game wins the future?
So could Trump’s diabolical evil strategy work? Yes, it can! No doubt he is betting on it all the way! But with a 100% conviction rate? Well, the Vegas Odds are that Trump ends up a Rikers Island before Labor Day 2024 ready for this inaugural ballroom dance with Bubba The Colon Slayer!
